3D/4D Attempt!!!

Our sweet little man did not want to cooperate today for his 3D/4D pictures! He did for a few minutes then he put his hand over his face and turned his back towards us. Then we tried again after we met with Dr. Martin… that time he kept grabbing his feet, but still with his hand covering his little face.

We can already tell he has personality (which you’d figure between me and Brent he wouldn’t get left out!) he stuck his little tongue out in one of his pictures! It’ll make you smile! There aren’t but just a few. Enjoy my favorites!

Week 26

We had another great doctor appointment yesterday. I've gained no weight, which is good b/c that means my gestational diabetes diet is working! My sugar has been where it needs to be. Everything was good with Miles, he was kicking and had a good heartbeat. Next time we go to the doctor we'll get our 3D/4D pictures! As you can imagine, I can't wait!!!!

In the meanwhile, we've had a record amount of snowfall in MS. I've never in my lifetime seen as much as we got Sunday. We measured 8 inches in our yard! It makes it awful dangerous for a pregnant woman to do what she needs to do with all this ice everywhere!!!! I have some pictures of the dogs in the snow! I'll have to post a few.

Playing catch up!

Well, my new year resolutions obviously had nothing to do with blogging more often! In fact, I didn't resolve to do anything this year! I think with a baby on the way my life is going to change enough without my help!
Christmas and New Year's went over smooth for us this year! I missed the extra time off of work that I used to get when I worked with the University, but being closer to home definitely has its benefits :) I guess its a fair trade.
Brent has been working hard in Miles' room! I'll have to snap a few pictures to show you the progress. The walls are painted, closet is cleared of all previous storage, crib is up, mattress is in, and the rug is down! It doesn't sound like much, but to us... it is progress!!!!
I go to the doctor 2x this month. This means we're getting closer. Oh, and thanks to Brent's parents we'll be getting 3D/4D pictures made! We can't wait to see Miles' sweet little face in 3D/4D! I'll post those pictures as well.
